1st day: Arrival
Arrival at the Airport of Napels and transfer with local bus to Calabria. Stop in Scalea or surroundings for the night. Installation at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

2nd day: Cosenza – Tropea
After breakfast departure to Cosenza, little stop for lunch or a little visit of the city and than continuation to Tropea or surroundings. Installation at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

3rd day: Tropea – Capo Vaticano
After breakfast you'll visit the beautiful medieval fortress town of Tropea, also called the pearl of Calabria. You willwalk through the narrow streets with many hidden squares, old palaces and churches. A visit to the Norman kahedraal is recommended. In the afternoon the bus will drive you along a panoramic road to Capo Vaticano with its beautiful sandy beaches. On the way we enjoy beautiful views. Upon arrival, small walk through the center, and if you want you have also the opportunity to bathe. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

4th day: Reggio Calabria – Scilla
After breakfast departure in bus along the "purple coast" to Reggio Calabria located on the Strait of Messina and against the Aspromonte mountain range. The town is sorrounded by olive groves, vineyards, orange and lemon trees and the famous Bergamot plantations. You'll visit the Museo Nazionale della Magna Grecia where the "Bronzi di Riace" are kept, two of the few surviving full-size ancient Greek bronzes that were found in the sea near Riace in 1972. After the visit you can walk along the beautiful promenade that follows the coastline with numerous palm trees, magnolias and eucalyptus trees and with a stunning views of the Sicilian coast and Mount Etna. In the afternoon continuation to Scilla, a stunningly-located fishing village. According to mythology this is traditionally the home of the monster Scylla who, along with Charybdis (over the sea towards Sicily) guarded the narrow Strait of Messina and menaced Ulysses as he sailed by. Here you can visit the Castle of Ruffo, iconic sight of the town, located on the highest point of the cliff. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. 

5th day: Tropea free day
Today is a free day for relax, shopping or a day at the beach. Half board in hotel.

6th day: Pizzo Calabro – Serra San Bruno
After brekfast bus transfer to Pizzo Calabro, a typical medieval center with numerous churches, including the Chiesetta di Piedigrotta, a small church on the shore from the seventeenth century, originally created in gratitude by shipwrecked sailors who'd been saved from a storm. Pizzo is also very well known for his delicious tartufo ice cream.

In the afternoon continuation to Serra San Bruno and visit of the museum of the Charterhouse Monastery from the 12th century named after St. Bruno of Cologne, founder of the Charterhouse Order. The Charterhouse Museum has been created in an independent wing of the Monastery and involves 20 rooms, covering more or less 1200 square meters. Here you have the unique possibility to learn the story of the Charterhouse order since its foundation in 1091. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

7th day: Catanzaro – Castrovillari/surroundings
After breakfast departure to Catanzaro and stop to visit the city or have lunch or take a walk to stretch your legs. Continuation to Castrovillari or surroundings. Installation in hotel. Dinner and overnight. 

8th day: Departure
After breakfast transfer to the Airport of Naples and flight home.
