1st day: Venice
Arrival at the airport. Welcome of the group and transfer to the hotel.  Free time.  In the evening welcome cocktail  with the group leader,  presentation of the tour with a short briefing. Dinner and  accommodation.

2nd day: Venice
Breakfast. Guided walking  tour of this unique city. Visit to the Piazza and Basilica of St. Mark,  Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons. Time free for  lunch.  Afternoon  free time at leisure to walk around or go for a gondola ride in the canals. Dinner and accommodation.

3rd day: The Islands of the lagoon
After breakfast an escorted  boat trip to  the islands of the lagoon: Murano, famous for its glass-blowing industry and Burano well renowned for the beautiful lace that is produced there. Then a visit to Torcello and its Cathedral. Time free for  lunch. Return to the hotel. Afternoon free time, dinner and accommodation.

4th day:  Padova – Verona
Full day guided excursion to Padova and Verona. After breakfast  departure for Padova to  visit the Cathedral of St. Anthony, the Chapel of Scrovegni, the Church of Emeritani and more. Time free for  lunch.  Then proceed to the romantic city of Verona, immortalized by Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet,” with its  world famous roman amphitheater which is one of the best arenas for Opera in Italy. Visit of the evocative square of Herbs and the imposing tombs of the Scaligeri family. After the visit, departure for Venice. Dinner and accommodation.

5th day: Venice – Departure
Breakfast. Free  time to continue visiting this fascinating town. Transfer to the airport.
